Measure, adjust, and set up CAD drawings to produce parts in Fusion 360 in order to achieve final rendering of part or parts needed by customer. Run CAM portion of Fusion 360 to generate G-Code. Utilize file produced in CAD/CAM to cut out neccesary pieces on Hous10 Trucks plasma table. Clean and prep parts for fitup. Check tolerances and adjust if neccesary. Tack up related parts for use and check fitment. Final weld parts on fixture table and check fitment on vehicle. Tack up related parts on vehicle and check travel / clearences. Final weld fabricated parts on vehicle and check fitment.
